Stephen L. Hicks, JD, MS, AIF and Roger L. Millbrook, JD, CPA/PFS are the founding principals of Hicks Millbrook, PLLC, Attorneys and Counselors at Law.

The firm concentrates in the limited area of estate (trusts) and business planning for select clients. Stephen was a practicing lawyer in Chicago, before returning to his hometown of Lansing, focusing at the transaction and litigation level involving complex estate and business planning. Roger, as a lawyer and a CPA, handles many of the complex tax related issues effecting estates, individuals and businesses.

Although a wholly separate and distinct company, Hicks Millbrook, PLLC is part of a comprehensive wealth management group which includes Siena Capital Management, LLC and Siena Accounting, CPA, PLLC. Siena Capital Management, LLC is portfolio/investment manager developing and implement investment plans using no load (commission free), low cost, tax efficient, institutional (non-retail) mutual funds. Siena Accounting, CPA, PLLC focuses on the business and tax planning issues for small to medium sized businesses. Roger and Steve are the majority principals in one or all of these firms.
